1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 78abc ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using any feature of the 78abc platform available at 78abc.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety.

If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of the 78abc platform. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2. Eligibility Requirements

Access to and participation in 78abc's services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete registration information, including full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or have previously been suspended or banned from the 78abc platform.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services offered by 78abc — including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and bingo — you must register a single personal account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual may be merged or terminated at our sole discretion without prior notice.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 78abc will never ask for your password via email or phone. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been carried out by you, and you bear full responsibility for any resulting consequences.

KYC Verification

All transactions on 78abc are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We are committed to fast, transparent, and secure handling of all deposits and withdrawal requests. Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-3 business days subject to successful KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirement. Winnings may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. 78abc reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal above ৳50,000. Any amounts subject to an active rollover condition cannot be withdrawn until the rollover is fully met.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

78abc regularly offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the associated conditions. In the event of a conflict between a general term in this Agreement and a bonus-specific term, the bonus-specific term shall prevail.

The following general conditions apply to all 78abc bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual promotion page:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may not be combined with other active promotions.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are subject to the maximum win cap and wagering requirement specified in the corresponding promotion page.
• 78abc reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if abuse, fraud, or irregular betting patterns are detected.

6. Prohibited Activities

Players are strictly forbidden from engaging in any of the following activities on the 78abc platform. Violation of any prohibition listed here may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (multi-accounting or bonus abuse).
• Engaging in collusion with other players or any form of match-fixing in sports betting events.

Unauthorised use of any intellectual property belonging to 78abc constitutes infringement and may result in civil or criminal proceedings under applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

78abc provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 78abc disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 78abc does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall 78abc, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial loss. Our total aggregate liability to you, whatever the cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Amendments to This Agreement

78abc reserves the sole right to revise, update, or otherwise modify any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via an on-screen notification upon login. However, it is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

Your continued use of the 78abc platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the modified terms.
